My pesto which I use your guys's all the time for some reason is cakey and cloudy at the bottom. It's not even opened yet need to know if it's still good can't get a hold of anyone and don't feel like paying to have a customer support.

The lady I spoke with was very nice AND admitted that the lid change was to cut production costs! Most companies wont do that.

Although I would pay more to have the old lids back, I understand that most people dont can and dont care about having jars that canning lids will fit.

Of course its also about profit. They are sending me a coupon for a free jar of sauce.

And be extremely visible some jars had no date on them at all . This date should always be very legible and in full view of the customers vision . Not just your product but all products , whether it be glass , tin can

Recently they changed the ingredients. Water is now the primary ingredient in classico tomato sauce instead of tomatoes. Taste is gone to profits and trillion dollar incomes

Calling a company to speak with them and spending so much time answering questions on line and getting so m e screen at the end that doesn't support that you even received the msg is not good. That's the nicest way I can put it.

If you are not available to answer then say up front. Why go through the steps and then find out that no one is there.

I want to know do you still make spinach spaghetti sauce. If you do where can I find it?

There were two huge chunks of plastic in a recent purchase of Classico Red Wine & Herb sauce.

This was an unexpected surprise in our spaghetti sauce.

Product seal was broken. I am simply looking for a replacement, but could not speak to anybody.

My time is as important as the companys clients. They really need to be more accessible.

I recently found pieces of glass in a jar of Classico Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce. I bought it at Meijer's in Petoskey, Michigan.
